Ak 11 Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules & Policies for Platform Use

When registering with ak 11, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each individual may operate only one account; multiple accounts are not permitted, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are accountable for all activity conducted through your account, even in cases of unauthorized third-party access. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. For your security, we recommend changing your password regularly and keeping two-factor authentication enabled.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, ak 11 may request identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation from users at any time. Failure to submit these documents may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions. The verification process is conducted solely to protect users and maintain platform security.

All financial transactions on ak 11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). When making a deposit, please use the payment methods supported by the platform (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved channels). Only deposits made from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted; deposits made through third parties will be declined.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. If you have claimed a specific bonus or promotion, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal, as outlined in each offer's terms. Deposited funds may only be used for approved purposes, and if evidence of fraudulent activity is found, all funds may be forfeited.

If any excess amount is erroneously credited to your account due to a technical error, those funds may not be used and you are required to return them. ak 11 follows specific processing timelines for transactions, and certain transactions may be temporarily held for review if unusual activity is detected.

Ak 11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time if the user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or behaves in a manner that poses a threat to platform security. In the event of a suspension or closure, the affected user will be notified by email and may be given the opportunity to appeal. Funds may be forfeited if an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Users may request account closure at any time. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Specific policies regarding inactive accounts (accounts with no login activity over an extended period) may apply and will be published separately.

Ak 11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be given advance notice via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new conditions. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes or controversies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
